Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@oauncre.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective or incorrect item.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@oauncre.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
